The Wickepin Warriors compete in the Upper Great Southern Football League. The Warriors were founder members of the league in 1959.
The club’s senior grade recorded back to back premierships in 2007 and 2008, downing Kukerin Dumbleyung by 5 points in 2007, and winning by 8 points against Williams the following year.

Wickepin is a town in the Wheatbelt region of WA, located 214 km southeast of Perth and 38 km east of Narrogin. Wickepin’s name is of Aboriginal origin, was first recorded in 1881, but the meaning is not known. Albert Facey, Gallipoli veteran and author of A Fortunate Life, lived south of the town from 1922 to 1934 with his family.
