The Borden Magpies previously competed in the Ongerup Football Association (OFA) in Western Australia.
The club folded after the 2016 season.
History
Borden joined the OFA in 1964 and won a premiership that year. The Magpies were the strongest team in the competition in the 1970s and pulled off a hat-trick of premierships in 1974, 1975 and 1976.
Tony Evans is Borden’s finest footballing product on the national stage. After winning the Ganzer Medal as the OFA’s fairest and best player in 1987 he went on to be a dual premiership player with Claremont in the WAFL in 1989 and 1991 and West Coast in the AFL 1992 and 1994.

Location
Borden is a small town in the Shire of Gnowangerup, Great Southern region of WA. The town is located 325 km south east of Perth and 111 km north of Albany on Chester Pass Road. The town was established as a siding on the Ongerup branch railway between Gnowangerup and Ongerup and is named after Canadian Prime Minister Robert Laird Borden (1854-1937). The main industry in town is wheat farming.
