With more than 20 senior grade premierships to their credit the Blues have been far and away the MFL’s most successful club. Included in this total were sequences of 6 flags in a row between 1963 and 1968 and 5 in a row between 1992 and 1996.

Location
Goomalling is a town in the Wheatbelt region of WA, located 132 km northeast of Perth and 45 km north-northeast of Northam. The name Goomalling was first shown for a spring found by explorers Hillman and Lefroy in 1846. Goomalling is an Aboriginal word which means “the place of the silver-grey possum”. Goomal is the noongar word for this possum.
