Mordialloc is a beachside suburb in Melbourne, located 24 km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD. Originally “Moody Yallock”, the name is derived from the term moordy yallock which originated from the indigenous language Boonwurrung, in which “yallock” means “creek” or “water”.
