The Keysborough Football & Netball Club was initially founded in 1947 and joined the South West Gippsland Football League (SWGFL) in 1954. In 1994 the SWGFL merged with what is now known as the Morinington Peninsula Nepean Football League (MPNFL).
The Club, nicknamed the “Burras”, has 3 men’s football teams (seniors, reserves and under 18s), one women’s football team (open age) and 4 netball teams (grade A, B, C & U17) supported by a 300 strong and loyal member base.

Keysborough is a suburb in Melbourne, located 27 km southeast of the Melbourne CBD. It is one of the largest suburbs in Melbourne by land area. Keysborough was named after the Keys family who founded the town sometime after 1878.
