Welcome to the Dandenong West Football Netball Club, where passion meets history to form the backbone of our thriving community. Dandenong West Football Netball Club was established in 1963 and initially a junior club that fielded boy’s teams of various age groups.
We are a small community-based football Club with a strong history in the Dandenong area, with a passionate support base, we celebrate the spirit of teamwork and resilience that defines us.
The Dandenong West Football Netball Club, currently compete in the Southern Football Netball League with two Senior football and Netball teams.

Dandenong is a southeastern suburb of Melbourne, located 29 km from the Melbourne CBD. The name is generally thought to be derived from the Woiwurrung word “Tanjenong” meaning “lofty mountains” possibly referring to the nearby Dandenong ranges.
