Established in 1969, South Croydon has seen thousands of players take to Cheong Park in the red, white and blue. For 49 years, South Croydon saw young men come through the club from when they first started out playing Auskick, rising through the ranks to Senior Football. It wasn’t until 2018 that the club introduced a women’s team, allowing local women, daughters of club greats and girls to have a chance at Senior football for the Club too.
South Croydon Football Netball Club aims to be the leading community based Club in the Maroondah region and in the Eastern Football League. Our goal is to create a football club that makes South Croydon the obvious choice for any player and their family wanting to play football and/or netball in the Eastern Suburbs.
