Location
Mount Gambier is the second most populated city in South Australia. It is located slopes of Mount Gambier, a volcano in the southeast of the state, 450 km southeast of Adelaide and just 17 km from the Victorian border. It is named after Lord James Gambier (1756-1833), Admiral of the Fleet.
