Established in 1886, the Clunes Football Netball Club is based in the former goldrush town of Clunes, Victoria. The footballers play in the Central Highlands Football League and the netballers play in the Central Highlands Netball League.

Location
Clunes is a town in Victoria, located 36 km north of Ballarat and 139 km from Melbourne. In 1839 Donald Cameron took up a 12,000 hectare run and named it Clunes after his Scottish hometown. Films that have featured Clunes include Mad Max (Mel Gibson) and Ned Kelly (Heath Ledger).
