Established in 1885, the Ballan Football Club commenced in a township of 745 people, where the Wheelahan and Mullane families created the drive to recruit farmers, miners and residents to band together in sporting mateship, and play Australian rules football.
The Ballan Football Netball Club is located in the beautiful country town of Ballan. We are affiliated with the Central Highlands Football Netball League.
Our aims are to provide an opportunity for the youth and young adults of our community to participate in Australian Rules Football and Netball, to enhance their health and wellbeing through organised sport.
