Established in 1912, the Cuprona Bulldogs Football Club competes in the Darwin Football Association (DFA) in Tasmania.
The Bulldogs initially competed in the Riana Football Association (RFA), winning 7 premierships. The club transferred to the DFA in 1965.

Cuprona is a small rural community in the North West region of Tasmania, located 15 km southeast of Burnie. The Blythe River forms the western boundary. Originally known as Ellenton, it was changed to Cuprona in 1906.
