Welcome to the Thuringowa Bulldogs Australian Football Club, Townsville’s best family orientated sporting club from Juniors to Seniors and including Women’s and Youth Girls teams.
Established in 1970, we are situated at Riverway Oval, the best Ground outside of Brisbane. The Bulldogs nominate teams in every grade played in the AFL Townsville competition and welcome all players to be part of the Dog Pack.

Thuringowa Central is a suburb of Townsville, located 12.8 km southeast of Townsville’s CBD. Riverway Stadium, also known as Townsville Cricket Ground, is an international standard cricket and AFL stadium in Thuringowa Central. The stadium is a part of the Riverway sporting and cultural complex.
