The Mount Isa Buffaloes compete in the AFL Mount Isa competition in Queensland.
Buffaloes have been involved in Mount Isa AFL since 1983. A proud and passionate club we strive to give all players and supporters the greatest enjoyment that the game of AFL can supply.
Our club works hard to include players and families into the running and direction of our club. All players and supporters are encouraged to become valued members of the club’s family.

Location
Mount Isa is a city in the Gulf Country region of Queensland. It came into existence because of the vast mineral deposits found in the area. Mount Isa Mines is one of the most productive single mines in world history, based on combined production of lead, silver, copper and zinc. Locals often refer to Mount Isa as “The Isa”.
