Founded in 1971, we are proud to hold the title of the oldest club in the Mackay region. We are an all-inclusive club that welcomes anyone who wants to learn and enjoy the game of Aussie Rules. Our aim is to provide high-quality football coaching through the development of both our coaches and players to reach their potential, whatever level they aspire to. We’re all about enjoying social activities with our members and the community, and having a good time whilst playing a sport we love.
We boast a full schedule of teams in the Mackay AFL League, from little future Superstars U6 through to our Senior Men’s and Senior Women’s. Our dedicated team of coaches are committed to growing our players by developing their tactical, physical and mental skills. No matter your football ability, we welcome all players, from the first-time beginner to the seasoned veteran, to become a part of our team!

Bakers Creek is a rural town in the Mackay Region in Queensland, located 8 km south of Mackay’s CBD. It is named after John Baker, a customs officer in Mackay in 1863.
