Established in 1981, the Yeppoon Swans Football Club competes in the AFL Capricornia competition in Queensland.
In 2023, one of the largest winning streaks in Australian sport came to an end after a remarkable 128 matches.
The Yeppoon Swans dominated AFL Capricornia Senior Men’s competition for 8 years, winning 8 straight Premierships, and remaining undefeated since mid-2015.
