Established in 1983, the Boyne Island Tannum Sands (BITS Saints) Football Club competes in the AFL Capricornia competition in Queensland.

Boyne Island is a coastal town in Queensland, located 25 km south of Gladstone. Tannum Sands is often referred to as Boyne Island’s twin town – they are separated only by the Boyne River and joined by a bridge.
