Founded in 2009, the Maitland Saints AFL Club is one of the most respected clubs in the Hunter Coast competition. We promote and teach the code of Australian Rules Football in our community. Through participation in our exciting team sport, we contribute to the physical, social and personal development of all our members.

The Club prides itself on being a very social club, making sure the parent, friend or spouse group has ample opportunity to enjoy themselves at our annual events.

Maitland is a city in the Lower Hunter Valley of NSW, situated on the Hunter River approximately 166 km north of Sydney and 35 km northwest of Newcastle. It is named after Sir George Maitland, MP for the Borough of Whitchurch, in Hampshire, England.
