Founded in 1971, the Northern Districts Tigers is the oldest club in the AFL South Coast Competition and is represented by both Junior and Senior teams.
We have a great community culture that focuses on ensuring the players enjoy sport and develop their skills and fitness at all experience levels. We have many families that start AUSKICK and have gone all the way through to U17s and seniors, building a strong supportive and inclusive community in the Northern Suburbs.

Woonona is a suburb of the city of Wollongong in New South Wales, located 10 km north of the Wollongong CBD. The name Woonona is said to be derived from an indigenous word meaning “place of young wallabies”.
