Founded in 1999, New England Nomads is an Australian Football Club based in Armidale in the New England region of New South Wales.
The club plays its home matches at the University of New England’s Bellevue Oval.
The club represents the whole of the Armidale area with members from the city and outlying districts as well as from the university community.

Armidale is a city in New South Wales, located approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. It is the administrative centre for the Northern Tablelands region and home of the University of New England. It is named after the village of Armadale on the Isle of Skye in Scotland.
