The Braybrook Bombers compete in the Western Football Netball League. Braybrook is a foundation member of the WRFL and one of the few original clubs still in the competition.
Former VFL/AFL players to have played for Braybrook include Brian Wilson (Footscray, North Melbourne, Melbourne & St Kilda), Lyle Anderson (Footscray), Ted Whitten (Footscray), Doug Hawkins (Footscray & Fitzroy), George Bisset (Footscray & Collingwood), Ray Walker (Footscray) and Robert Groenewegen (Footscray).
